What Is Visioning?

Lucia explains that visioning isn’t just about creating a pretty collage of goals and dreams. It’s about combining intention, energy, and aligned action to bring those goals to life.

As she says in the episode:

“Your brain doesn’t know the difference between what’s real and what’s not. When you visualise it and take aligned action, you’re co-creating your reality.”

A vision board works best when it’s paired with clarity, focus, and the willingness to take steps towards your goals, even small ones. Without that action, it’s just a thought, not a vision.

Why Visioning Matters for Business Owners

For business owners, especially mums juggling family life and entrepreneurship, having a clear vision provides direction when things feel messy or uncertain. Lucia shares how visualising what you want — from your ideal clients to your dream work-life balance — helps you stay motivated and grounded through the ups and downs of business.

She also reminds us to check in regularly with our vision, because it evolves as we grow. What you wanted a year ago might have shifted, and that’s okay. As Lucia says:

“Vision is change. It’s about recognising that and evolving with it.”

Surrounding Yourself with the Right Energy

Lucia highlights how the people and environments we surround ourselves with affect our energy and mindset. Just like we’re careful about what we feed our bodies, we need to be mindful of what we feed our minds.

She encourages finding your high-vibe tribe, communities and mentors who inspire you, celebrate your wins, and help you stay aligned with your goals. That could be a supportive Facebook group, a podcast you love, or even a mastermind of like-minded women.

Bringing Vision and Action Together

Lucia’s approach is all about balancing the spiritual with the practical. She works with her clients to uncover their vision, release limiting beliefs, and then map out the strategies to make it happen.

As she puts it:

“We plant the seed through visioning, but we also have to water it. Action is how your vision grows into reality.”

Her blend of mindset work, energy alignment, and strategy makes her process both empowering and achievable, especially for women who want to run businesses that truly feel aligned with their purpose.
