The following terms and conditions for purchases of a sponsor ticket, which is a type of Event Ticket (the “Sponsor Ticket”), to This Mum Loves Tech Community and Connection Live (the “Sponsor Ticket Terms & Conditions”) are entered into between you, our customer (referred to as “you” or “your”), and This Mum Loves Tech, a business located at THIS MUM LOVES TECH 82A James Carter Road Mildenhall IP28 7DE (referred to as “This Mum Loves Tech”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
Additional legal terms that apply to your purchase
Our Event Ticket Terms & Conditions, which apply to all Event attendees, form part of these Sponsor Ticket Terms & Conditions and also apply to your Sponsor Ticket purchase.
If there is any inconsistency between any of those agreements and/or policies and these Sponsor Ticket Terms & Conditions, these Sponsor Ticket Terms & Conditions will take precedence.
For example, if our general refund policy is a certain number of days, and you see a different number of days in these Sponsor Ticket Terms & Conditions, you can be sure that the refund policy you see here applies to your Sponsor Ticket purchase.
Defined terms (words or phrases with a capital first letter, which would not normally be capitalised) have the same meanings as in the Event Ticket Terms & Conditions.
What is a Sponsor
A “Sponsor” is a person or business who applies and is approved by This Mum Loves Tech to be a sponsor of the Event can therefore advertise their business, products, and/or services during the Event.
A Sponsor is an independent contractor who does not have the authority to make binding promises on our behalf. There is no partnership, agency, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.
Applying to become a Sponsor
To become a Sponsor, you must first submit an application to us (the “Application”). You can find the Application form on our website or email us at info@thismumlovestech.co.uk to request the link.
You are required to answer all questions in the Application, and your answers must be accurate, truthful, and complete. Your completed form should be submitted online no later than 24th April 2026. Please note that we may stop accepting Applications sooner than this, at our discretion.
There are limited Sponsor slots available, and they will be offered on a first come, first served basis to those with approved Applications.
We will review your application and determine if you are a good fit to be a Sponsor of our Event. This decision is at our discretion, and it is final. We do not need to justify the decision. You will be notified by email whether your application was approved or denied.
What is included with your Sponsor Ticket purchase
Your purchase for the Sponsor Ticket includes the following:
Access to the Event
One Event Ticket for admission to the Event. For more details about what’s included with the Event Ticket, see the Event Ticket Terms & Conditions.
Inclusion in Goodie Bag
You may provide any one branded stationary (such as a business card or leaflet) and optionally an additional physical product (which could be a product sold by your business or an unrelated item such as a bag of sweets). Goodie bag inclusions must not require any purchase. You must bring items for inclusion in the goodie bag with you to the Event, and you must have enough items for all attendees. The maximum number of attendees is 80, but if you require a more exact number of expected attendees, you may contact us to request it closer to the event date.
Promotion as a Sponsor before and after the Event
We will publicly share the fact that you are a Sponsor as well as your name, business name, logo, social media handle, and any other non-sensitive information you provide as part of your Sponsor application. We will do this for the purpose of marketing our business, your business, and our Event.
Once your Sponsor Application is approved and you have purchased a Sponsor Ticket, we will request information from you to use in promotional materials. If you do not provide all of the information requested by the deadline we communicate to you, we may exclude you from Event publicity and marketing materials.
We will never publicly share any details about you/your business in a way that is likely to harm your business prospects or reputation.
FOR PRODUCT SPONSORS ONLY: Product Table
One product table to display and sell your products. The table will be provided by the venue. For more information about table dimensions or layout, please email us your questions, and we will do our best to provide this information as soon as we are able.
FOR PRODUCT SPONSORS ONLY: Dedicated “shopping times” during the Event day
We will allocate one or more “shopping times” throughout the Event day for attendees to browse the Sponsors’ Product Tables and make purchases if they choose to.
FOR EVENT TABLE SPONSORS ONLY: Hosted Table
One hosted table for the full event, where you will introduce and guide table conversations. You may decorate and promote your business on your Hosted Table.
Promises you make as a Sponsor (aka warranties you make)
You make the following promises (aka warranties) to us:
a) you have read these Sponsor Ticket Terms & Conditions contract, you understand the terms, and you agree to be legally obligated to follow them;
b) you are legally able to enter into this Sponsor Ticket Terms & Conditions contract with us, and you will not be breaching any law or contract by doing so;
c) you will not use your participation as a Sponsor, any content of our products/services, or any of our intellectual property to negatively impact our reputation or business opportunities (that includes competing with us);
d) you will not knowingly and intentionally violate any law or regulation applicable to your business operations and/or customers’ rights (including but not limited to privacy, data protection, and SPAM-related laws in connection with email marketing);
e) you will not use our business/brand name or any of our intellectual property except as specifically allowed under these Sponsor Ticket Terms & Conditions;
f) you will not claim to be professionally associated with us or work for This Mum Loves Tech (remember: you are an independent contractor, not an employee, and you must not mislead anyone about your status);
g) you will post and make publicly available a privacy policy that complies with applicable privacy/data protection laws around the world before collecting any personal information from Event attendees; and
l) you will not violate the terms of these Sponsor Ticket Terms & Conditions.
License to use our intellectual property and marketing materials
We may provide materials to you for use in promoting our Event (these are the “Marketing Materials”). However, please understand that we do not guarantee that Marketing Materials will be available, and we may change or discontinue any or all parts of the Marketing Materials at any time without notifying you.
You understand that we own the intellectual property rights (which may be registered, unregistered, or common law rights) to our business name, brand(s), logo(s), and product/service names, as well as all related content (in any format) we create/publish) (this is our “Intellectual Property”).
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use our Intellectual Property and the Marketing Materials only for the purpose of marketing our Event in your role as a Sponsor. You must not use our Intellectual Property in any other way or for any other reason.
If your Sponsor status ends (whether by your choice or ours), this license immediately ends too, and you are required to immediately stop using any of our Intellectual Property.
The date this contact applies from
These Sponsor Ticket Terms & Conditions will apply and be enforceable with respect to each Sponsor Ticket purchased by you from the date that you purchase it.
Important information about the Event & Sponsor Tickets
Refund Policy
Sponsor Tickets are non-refundable, unless we can find a replacement Sponsor whose application is approved.
To request that we try to find a replacement Sponsor to take over your Sponsor Ticket, you must email info@thismumlovestech.co.uk. If we are able to find a replacement Sponsor, we will give you your money back. However, we cannot guarantee that we can find a replacement Sponsor.
You can request a refund for ONLY the Event Ticket portion of your Sponsor Ticket purchase until 22nd May 2026. For more details, see the Event Ticket Terms & Conditions.
Our policy is in addition to any legal rights you may have through legislation that applies to your purchase. If you believe that a law in your geographic area entitles you to a refund outside of what is permitted by this policy, please contact us at info@thismumlovestech.co.uk. We will verify our legal obligations, and if required, we will provide you with a refund.
Selling/transferring your Sponsor Ticket
You may not sell or give away your Sponsor Ticket to someone else. This is because there are limited Sponsor slots for each type of sponsorship, and all Sponsor Applications are subject to approval. If you would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, you can let us know and share the Application form with them. If they are approved, we will transfer your Sponsor Ticket and refund you.
Cancellation/re-scheduling of the Event
If the Event is cancelled or rescheduled due to Circumstances Beyond Our Control, we cannot provide any compensation for costs you have incurred related to being a Sponsor, including but not limited to items for goodie bags, table signage or decorations, travel & accommodation, or any other related expenses.
