Each Tech School term is designed to give you personalised support, hands-on help and the confidence to finally feel in control of your tech.
Here’s everything that’s included:
1 Hour Orientation Call
A focused hour-long 1:1 call where we set your project for the term, make sure I have access to the systems I’ll be supporting you with and talk through any “homework” or preparation that will help you get the best results.
We’ll also schedule all your 1:1 calls and Tech Days so you start the term feeling organised, clear and ready to go.
4 Monthly 1:1 Tech Calls
Monthly hour long calls with me to help you with your initial setups, give you tailored training, fix any issues and keep your project moving every single month.
Each call is recorded so you can build your own personal training library to refer back to whenever you need.
2 Personalised Tech Days
Two focused six-hour sessions where we work side by side on the bigger parts of your project. This is where we tackle the tasks that need more time and focus, whether that’s building a website, setting up systems, streamlining your course platform or fixing anything that’s been holding you back.
Each Tech Day is recorded so you can rewatch anything you’d like to revisit and feel confident making updates on your own.
4 Group Coaching Calls
A monthly group session with the rest of your Tech School class, giving you connection, accountability and a space to ask questions and get support. These calls are great for learning from each other, sharing wins and keeping your momentum going throughout the term.
If you can’t attend live, every call is recorded so you never miss out.
Private WhatsApp Group
Your class WhatsApp group is where you can ask quick questions between sessions, get feedback, share progress and stay connected. It’s a supportive space to help you stay motivated, get clarity when you need it and feel like you’re not doing it all alone.
You’ll also receive reminders about group calls, resources and important updates throughout the term.
Free Membership Access
You’ll get four months of free access to the This Mum Loves Tech monthly membership alongside your term of Tech School.

Hi, I’m Nicola Walsh, mum of two cheeky boys and I love tech so you don’t have to. I’m on a mission to simplify tech for busy women in business.
I want to help you untangle your tech, set things up properly and finally feel confident using the systems your business relies on.
I’m a specialist in tools like MailerLite, Google Workspace, WordPress, ThriveCart, TidyCal, Canva, Pinterest and the tech that sits behind online courses and memberships. And I’ve discovered that once you understand how systems work together, most tools follow the same logic.

How do I choose my project for the term?
If you already know what you want to work on, brilliant. If not, we’ll decide together during your Orientation Call so you feel confident you’re working on what will make the biggest impact in your business.
How much time do I need to take part in Tech School?
Tech School is designed to fit around the UK school terms. Each half term you’ll have:
• 2 group calls
• 2 one hour 1:1 calls
• 1 Tech Day which is a focused 6 hour session
If you join during a promotional period, any bonuses will be added on top of this.
Outside of the live sessions, I recommend setting aside a couple of hours each week for your “homework”. This is the small but important bit that helps you get the best results and make the most of your Tech Days. I’ll always keep this simple, manageable and clear so you never feel overwhelmed.
Do I need any special software or tools for Tech School?
You do not need any special paid software to join. All live calls take place on Google Meet which is free to access. If your project involves specific tools like MailerLite, WordPress, ThriveCart or Google Workspace, you will need your own accounts for those platforms and give my access to them but I will guide you through everything step by step.
Can I reschedule a call or Tech Day?
Yes, as long as you give at least 24 hours notice. All rescheduled sessions must take place within the same Tech School term. If you do not attend a session and do not give notice, the session will be marked as used.
What if I cannot attend a live group call?
Every group call is recorded. The recording will be added to your online Tech School area shortly afterwards, and you’ll receive your login details when you join. This means you can catch up at a time that suits you.
How long will I have access to the recordings?
You will receive all of your 1:1 session recordings in a private Google Drive folder. You can download or copy these to your own device and keep them forever.
All group call recordings and any training inside the Tech School online area will be available for the lifetime of the Tech School programme. If Tech School ever closes or is retired in the future, you will receive at least 30 days notice.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes. You can request a full refund before the term begins or within 48 hours of completing your Orientation Call. After that point, refunds are not available as your place reserves time and support for the full term.

What happens after the term ends?
Your access to all recordings is explained in the question above.
Once the Tech School term finishes, the WhatsApp group will stay open so you can continue connecting with the rest of your class. I will no longer be answering questions in the group after the term, but you are welcome to keep chatting and supporting each other.
Your four months of free access to the This Mum Loves Tech membership will also end at the same time as the term. If you would like continued access to the weekly Q&A calls and the full masterclass library, you can stay in the membership for £30 per month going forward.
