How do I access the course?
Once you purchase, you’ll be sent your login details for the online learning platform. You can get started straight away.
How long are the videos?
Each module is broken down into short, step-by-step videos. Some are just a few minutes long, and the longest is around 15–20 minutes.
Do I need any special software or tools for the course?
To get the most out of Ignite Your Email List you’ll need:

A Canva account (free or Pro to use the templates provided).

A domain name and a professional email address (I recommend Google Workspace for your email account).

A free MailerLite account (the introduction module shows you how to set this up from scratch).
If you’re joining the VIP live version, our calls will take place on Google Meet. You don’t need a Google account to join, just an internet connection and a device with a working microphone.
How much time will I need each week?
If you set aside 2–3 hours a week, you’ll be able to complete the course in 6 weeks (as designed). But you have lifetime access to the materials, so it doesn’t matter if it takes you longer; you can go back over it whenever you need to.
When are the VIP live calls?
VIP kicks off on Monday 3rd November at 2pm. From then, there’s a live call each Monday at 2pm, with the final celebration call on Monday 15th December. Can’t make all the live calls? Don’t worry all calls are recorded and uploaded to the course platform.
I’m brand new to email marketing. Will this be too advanced for me?
Not at all! This course was designed for beginners with everything is broken down in step-by-step videos with checklists and templates for added support.

Can I switch to MailerLite to do this course?
Yes, you can switch from another platform. This isn’t covered inside the course, but I can support you with it in a separate tech support call if you’d like help moving things over.
